BRAVE Church retained Mr. Scott McLean as its Buyer Broker who then led the $16 million purchase of the former Denver First Church of the Nazarene property at 3800 E Hampden Avenue which closed on April 14, 2022. With 2,274 fixed seats, this 104,207 square foot building on a 10.66 acre site which will serve as global headquarters for BRAVE’s growing congregation and BRAVE Global’s expanding presence across the world. BRAVE will continue to own 3651 S Colorado Blvd which will provide additional parking and space for its future needs.
