In May 2023, Developco completed a $12 million renovation of a 120,000 square foot shopping center owned and partially occupied by Revive Church located in Arvada, Colorado. The project included interior renovations of Revive’s church facilities, the creation of a day-care facility operated by Lionsheart Children's Academy, and exterior enhancements to update the exteriors, parking lots and landscaping.
In 2016, Mr. Scott McLean began meeting with the leadership of Revive (formerly Foothills Community Church) for the purpose of determining the future direction of the church - whether to relocate and develop on owned land near 64th & Indiana purchased many years ago or remain in the shopping center in the heart of the City where they resided since 2001. Mr. McLean was a catalyst for Revive to articulate a new long-term vision and for the church to remain in its current location and to become a “bridge to the community” in the heart of the City.
With this vision solidified, and with God’s hand of provision, Revive was able to acquire the remaining portions of the 120,000 square foot shopping center and Developco led the planning, design, engineering, City entitlements, construction and outfitting.
