As Listing Broker, Development Advisors represented SHV for the successful sale of their 51,186 sf church property for $8.75 million on May 31, 2021 to Heritage Heights Academy in Centennial Colorado. SHV had occupied this property since 1991. The property also served as the location of Hope Starts Here Food Bank.
