We are pleased to announce that Colorado Community Church purchased a 91,000 square foot former big box retail building located at 14000 E Jewell Avenue in Aurora, Colorado for $6.8 million from JLDT Properties, LLC. Mr. Scott McLean of Development Advisors, LLC represented the church. This building was last occupied by Gander Mountain which moved out in 2017. Extensive renovations are planned before CCC can relocate their church from their current facility at 2220 S. Chambers Road. Mr. McLean anticipates that the church will be able to move in sometime next summer, 2019.
